This course was designed to further educate clients on the Knowland EBC - Event Booking Center. This class further explains the Schedule It and Book It process and what they include. We cover 'Good Groups vs. Bad Groups', picking groups that are right for your property, how to make a request and how to complete your order. We also cover communicating with your Knowland Associate and how to stay up to date on the status of your requests. ***This class should be taken after attending your basic Intro To Readers and Intro to INSIGHT classes.***
